There is a famous quote… “Man ka ho to acha, na ho to jyada acha” (If things go by our wishes, then its great…. else it’s even more wonderful, because then it’s happening according to the will of almighty and he will always want the best for you)
This is so easy to understand and so hard to accomplish…
If we strongly believe that “When things are happening by our will… it’s great” but when “Things are not happening according to our will… it’s EVEN better…” Then Life would become so simple!
Just like in computers machine language, we have 0s and 1s… Similarly… Either something will happen according to you or it will NOT…
If in both instances, we consider that it’s great… then there will be no reason to get upset…at all!
There is no need to get upset at any point of time… because if we learn to TRUST God and his systems… then we won’t have any reason to get upset…
When your child listens to you… it’s GREAT…
When he doesn’t listen to you… THEN TRUST AND BELIEVE…. that there is a bigger plan which is taking him on his journey….and God will lead him on the right path…
Do you have the strength to NOT advise your kids about what is right and what is wrong and let them FIGURE IT OUT… themselves?
Don’t you think LIFE can teach them much better than YOU possibly can…
TRUST LIFE… TRUST THE SYSTEM OF NATURE…. TRUST YOUR CHILDREN and TRUST THEIR JUDGEMENT…
TRUST THE BIGGER POWER BEYOND YOUR VERY EXISTENCE… It will lead everyone on the right path… because it has been doing that for centuries….
Try to speak less and listen more and let things go with the flow….
Let your kids experience LIFE and give them an opportunity to learn MORE than “WHAT YOU KNOW”…
Believe the system of 0s and 1s… If it is happening by your will… it’s great but if it’s not happening by your will… it’s even better…. because it is allowing people to make their own choices… instead of blindly following what “You” have learned….
Who knows… by going on their own journey and by carving their own path… They will actually COME OUT STRONGER… and more CAPABLE in Life!!
Let them make mistakes and let them find ways to feel better…
At least… Give other people a chance… instead of forcing your will on them….
Let things happen without your WILL… Maybe you will discover something NEW too in the process…
Next time, when your heart wants to disagree with someone…. WAIT.. THINK…. and just try to AGREE instead…
So what if it’s not according to you… Can you make yourself stronger and TRUST the bigger plan?
No doubt… you’ll be scared to let your kids make mistakes, fall down and make their own decisions… but aren’t you making them STRONGER by giving them a little independence…
When THEY DO something according to you… TRUST THEM…
When THEY DON’T DO something according to you… TRUST THEM EVEN MORE…
They will come back to you…. When you let them be… when you let them discover life… They will always remain thankful to you for letting them discover life…
It’s either a 0 or a 1… Nothing more… nothing less…
Everything happens for good… because everything happens by God’s will…
