Prayers….

When you get a chance to pray… Don’t just pray for yourself and your family but do take the opportunity to pray for strangers…. any stranger you met on the road and whom you thought had less than you in life…. any kid that you know of… who is suffering from some major illness…. Pray for even those kids who never see the light of the day….Pray for those who are specially abled…. Pray for orphans…. pray for animals…. Pray for those who are in pain…. even pray for those who are not on the right path and should come to the right path….

Include everyone in your prayers…. if u can….

I can’t promise that you will get something in return but it will make you feel like you have prayed well…

Whose prayer reached whom…. nobody knows …. but I believe they do!

Pray for the well-being of the earth, the universe, for plants and trees…. pray for goodness and peace and hope and love!

Keep praying! Whenever u can…. in whatever language…. in whatever way…. it doesn’t matter

Let’s all pray…. each day!

Seed!

Isn’t it amazing how a sprout erupts from a seed, when planted in the earth. Suddenly, the seed turns into life and starts growing! That’s what the earth is capable of…. giving life to everyone and growing them! And it’s sad how we are treating the earth these days….!

Laugh!

Try to laugh with your kids at least once a day…. It might just change their perspective about life and parenting…!

I wish every parent gave only one advice to their kids…… “Go ahead kid… Have fun… enjoy life!”

That would ease so much pressure unnecessarily being put on a child’s mind and just let them enjoy this precious life! No need to tell them whether they should be doctors or engineers or scientists…. THEY WILL FIGURE IT OUT… Most important is to teach them to enjoy life…. Whereever they are… whatever they are doing…!

Work is a gift

Work is a gift from God too… If you are capable and able to perform work every single day…. Consider it a blessing from God! Take time to walk around… stay active and do the best you can. Is there anything else you need from life besides this?

Power of the mind

Any reality that happens outside…. first happens in your mind.

So, if you don’t want something bad to happen in reality…. Don’t give permission to your mind to allow it in your thoughts.

THAT IS THE POWER OF THE MIND!

For all the princesses around the world….

Every girl in the world should feel and believe that “She is the prettiest… the most precious girl and an angel sent from God”. She should be overflowing with self respect and self love…. She is the BEST child of God…. then, she WILL be able to protect herself and keep herself safe.

Protect Children

PROTECT CHILDREN – Good touch & Bad Touch

If you want to protect your children, do you want the most important lesson for them in life to be taught by some stranger or some irresponsible school friend?

We as parents, NEED to take this responsibility and we can do this by doing the following:

1. Educate your child about Good touch and bad touch
2. Ask them EVERYDAY if anyone was not nice to them in a “nice” way
3. Show them videos to differentiate between Good Touch and Bad Touch
4. And this one is the hardest – Pretend that you’re talking to them about something secret and tell them not to tell that secret to anyone else. See how they respond. Do they repel? Do they understand? Do they get it? Do they raise a flag and try to reach out to someone else in the house? This is a big TEST to check their mental strength and ability to hold on to things. Tell them that they have to trust their teachers and complain to them if needed. I know it may be hard as a parent to do this but talk to them before someone else (untrustworthy) does it.
5. You JUST CANNOT let anyone else play with your kid’s MIND

Children

CHILDREN ARE NOT INNOCENT… THEY ARE SMART.

The main flaw in our society is that whenever we see a kid, we say… “Awwww…. he/she’s so cute”.

Children are not born to be cute and the amount of cuteness never matters in life. What matters is how smart you are, how kind you are, how are you planning to help the society and what value can you bring to this world?

If Kids are taught to be resilient and to add value right since childhood, they can do so much more in life!!

Kids UNDERSTAND everything… Good and bad… Right and wrong… All they need is a listening ear.

If there is a threat to them, they will understand it before you do. They will start shouting or making noises. That is their response mechanism that God has given them and there is nothing wrong with it. (Which is ingrained in their brains)

Kids have to be taught about money, about sharing and also that they cannot give all their money away. It has to be kept safe with parents or trusted people.

Kids should also be taught to voice their opinions on ALL topics.. Yes ALL Topics… Why is it that they can talk about something and NOT talk about something? Why?

The entire education system should be focused on the evolution of children into great and strong individuals… Who can SPEAK for themselves and NOT be afraid of anything.

Stay at home dads

Almost forever since the evolution of humans I believe, “Moms caring for their children” has been an accepted norm in society. Why not “Dads caring for their kids or Stay at home dads” ? What is wrong with that? Does it make any difference whether the mom works or the dad or either? In some families where moms are more career oriented, it makes sense for the dads to stay at home and that should be accepted as a norm, not as an exception.

It’s ok if a dad doesn’t want to work. Dads are also humans and they can also take breaks from work. They may also like to go on sabbaticals. Just because they are men, doesn’t mean that they are bound to work or they have to be the primary bread earners in society. I know a lot of religions say that men do the jobs and women run the households but I want to ask Why? Can we create just one rule and that is EQUALITY. Everything else should be left behind…
